Jack in the Green Inn

First time back since the C pandemic. Just as good. Had a wonderful evening of warm ambience, unobtrusive but personal service and excellent food.Ordered the fixed 3 course and they were happy to swap out dessert for a cheese platter to cater to my low carb dietary needs & made the mash topping without the blue cheese for my friend. After 2 courses we were full and they obliged by packing up our desserts in sustainable boxes and booking a taxi.

Another delicious meal , with everything perfectly cooked, and a delicious goats cheese mousse, which was a new experience for one of our party!Thankyou, we will be back!

This is our "go to" eating place in East Devon. It may be a little more expensive but it's excellent in every way. Recommended with confidence!

Lovely restaurant, staff were above & beyond, good choice on the menu, difficult to decide what to have, all happy with our choices, good wine list👍

A lovely evening. Food was fantastic and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Looking forward to going back very soon.
